About Me
Jane Dooley MSEd., NCC, LPCC is licensed by the state of Ohio as a Professional Counselor. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Communication from Franklin University and a Masters of Science Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton.
I am a compassionate counselor who focuses on individual strengths to build and foster healthy communication and relationships. As a therapist, I am committed to helping empower you to better understand yourself and your behavior. With my encouragement and support we will work together to develop a more effective way of living a positive and productive life.
As a trained Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor I can provide the diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. Therapy is designed to be an interpersonal treatment for conflicts in living such as life transitions, adjustment issues, career frustrations and general life problems. Therapy provides ways to express feelings and can alleviate pain and suffering in a safe and confidential environment. I use Cognitive Behavior therapy, Solution Focused-Brief therapy and Dialectical Behavior therapy treatment methods to help you lead a more fulfilling life.
